The heart behind the business, Gaynor provides the motivation and common sense - keeping the rest of the team down to earth - as well as ensuring that the highest standards of presentation and delivery are constantly being achieved.

Kim

A rocket scientist and recently retired RAF Squadron Leader, Kim brings 33 years of practical experience to the business.   As a veteran of the Welsh Coast-to-Coast, Hadrian's Wall, the GR20, the Appalachian trail, Dartmoor the Isle of Skye, the Brecon Beacons and the Wye Valley, he offers skills in adventurous training, expedition organisation, team building and leadership training to name but a few. 

Tim is a qualified geography teacher, as well as being a qualified and experienced outdoor activities instructor. As well as experience in schools, and his current post as a lecturer in an FE college, Tim has spent 2 years working in a residential education centre - where he taught young people from Primary schools, Secondary schools, FE colleges and even University undergraduates.

Through 5 years in the Territorial Army, Tim has developed effective leadership and teamwork skills and has enjoyed a variety of outdoor activities throughout Europe - including competing in the British Army Surf Kayak Championships!

Cariad helps us choose all the coolest toys to play with - based on colours of course!

This seasons must have items are: 

• a dog (a beagle or sheep dog)

• a tent (green is working, but so is red)

• a boat (any colour!)
