Rock Climbing & Abseiling

Please look at our BLOG to see our most recent adventures: http://a4adventure.blogspot.com/

At one of our carefully chosen crags, you will be introduced to the climbing and safety equipment that you will use throughout the activity, and will be taught the basics of good rock climbing techniques.

With these skills mastered, you will take control of the activities and the pace of the day. As well as climbing and belaying each other, you can take the opportunity to abseil down a rock-face and can even experience the 'dark art' of frontward abseiling!
Aside from the climbing, you may also like to explore a small cave in the rock face, with every chance of seeing some bats in their natural environment.

You will be in control of how far you push yourself, how much you achieve and how much excitement you are exposed to. a4adventure is there to keep you safe while you have fun.

Difficulty: Low to High

Fear Factor: Low to High

Location: A carefully selected crag near you!

Time: Approx 4 hours

Note - helmets are not present in some photographs as they were personal climbing sessions, full safety equipment - including helmets - will be provided and worn throughout your activity.

Customer Comments:

"Climbing with a4adventure was a fantastic experience and one I'd highly recommend! Tim was extremely thorough in his risk assessment and at all times we felt in expert and safe hands. He gave us excellent tutelage and support when climbing/abseiling - creating a perfect balance of excitement and control, so we never felt out of our depth. By the end of our session we felt our climbing had significantly improved. We had a fabulous time - personally I can't think of a better way to enjoy the beautiful countryside of the Brecon Beacons!"
