Each challenge and task balances mental and physical demands; ensuring there is a role and a challenge for everyone.

You will use a range of equipment - planks, poles, ropes, tyres, crates etcetera - to complete each challenge.

a4adventure has enough different team challenges to ensure you need never do the same challenge twice - no matter how often you return!

a4adventure has an extensive experience of team building / initiative challenges. This ranges from personal experience of RAF and Army Officer Selection and Training; devising and delivering team building in a military context, and more recently providing Team Building Days for the Princes' Trust as well as schools and colleges from across South Wales.
